  1. Blockchain technology and its potential for content creation

Blockchain and content creation transactions

As previously mentioned, content creation transactions strives for a personal connection between the supporting patron and the content creator. In a digital world, this requires the right channels through which acquaintance can be built in the right way. But apart from it, a content creation transactions relationship is based at its core on something crucial: trust.

A content creation donor wants to know that the funds contributed will be used for the purpose intended, that is, for a concrete content creation by a concrete individual. Most crowdfunding platforms cannot technologically offer that trust level. With blockchain, in contrast, content creation donors can trace how exactly their contributions are used, and they can make sure that the right content creators receive them for the right works of art. That is why the transparency feature of blockchain is so important for content creation transactions.

The MAS system incorporates blockchain as part of its digital platform solution, as will be explained in the next section.
